Devis Bergamini shines on home soil: the Romagna-born rider of the Bull Bikes - WRS team secures pole position at the WRS Round of Misano, the third round of the V2 Future Champ Ducati Academy season!
The entire WorldSBK paddock applauded the outstanding performance of Devis Bergamini, who, aboard the Ducati V2 of the Bull Bikes - WRS Team, secured pole position for the WRS Round with a lap time of 1'40''336. The event will feature the fourth and fifth races of the 2026 V2 Future Champ Ducati Academy season, held within the prestigious setting of the FIM Superbike World Championship.
Bergamini, currently third in the overall standings with 46 points, 20 behind championship leader Hosciuc, claimed the prestigious “Lotus Pole Position Award”. Joining him on the front row are Andrea Migno and Jesus Torres, who finished respectively 0.091 and 0.200 seconds adrift. Migno will also compete in both WRS title-sponsored rounds: the current WorldSBK event and the upcoming World Ducati Week round.
The second row of the grid will be led by Lele Vocino, followed by the Hungarian rider of Talmacsi Racing, Kevin Farkas, and the Portuguese rider Martim Marco, who continues to show impressive progress in performance.
Kevin Sabatucci, winner at Mugello, qualified seventh, while the top ten is completed by Martin Galiuto, Jacopo Hosciuc, and Nicola Tonolo.
Race 1 of the WRS Round, the fourth event of the 2026 V2 Future Champ Ducati Academy season, will get underway on Saturday, June 13 at 4:45 PM over a distance of 10 laps.
