Participation Package Costs & Included Services

A turnkey package designed to allow riders to focus exclusively on riding, with technical, logistical and organisational support provided throughout the entire championship season.

The complete participation package has an indicative cost of €49,500.00 + VAT, payable in 7 instalments of €7,071.43 + VAT, each to be paid in advance before every event.

The participation fee includes:

• Entry to all championship races and official test sessions, including federation and organisational fees.
• On-track technical supervision by Ducati Academy staff, with continuous support in the pit garage for the correct management and setup of the motorcycle.
• Spare parts service at the circuit, with immediate availability of genuine Ducati and Ducati Racing components, supplied at cost when required for race participation and routine maintenance during race weekends.
• Dedicated space within the Ducati Academy Village, including a shared pit garage and coordinated logistics.
• Consumable materials, including fuel, tyres, brake pads, engine oil and clutches, in the quantities specified by the championship.

In addition to the participation package, riders are required to purchase a Ducati Panigale V2 – Model Year 2025, S version with Öhlins suspension, together with the official Ducati Future Champ preparation kit, supplied exclusively by Garage 51 Misano.

The preparation kit includes:

• Professional suspension setup, including spring selection based on the rider's weight and experience.
• Racing exhaust system.
• Adjustable racing rearsets and handlebars.
• Racing fuel tank cap.
• CNC-machined top yoke and control levers.
• Final drive kit including two rear sprockets and two front sprockets.
• Racing bodywork painted with the official championship graphics, complete with rider identification decals.

Optional Technical Equipment

An optional technical equipment package is also available, recommended to ensure maximum safety and performance throughout the season.

This package includes a complete spare wheel set with brake discs for wet-weather tyres, front and rear paddock stands, tyre warmers, a grid trolley with integrated generator to power the tyre warmers, and a selection of essential workshop accessories.
